My husband and I have used various letting agents over the last few years and can honestly say that Mike is by far the best we have ever come across. Extremely responsive, I know that Mike will come back to any questions I have in the blink of an eye and it is obvious that he also strives to truly add value with his replies, as opposed to the generic responses we have experienced with other agents in the past. Mike is not only highly professional and efficient, but also very personable and friendly. We live overseas and Mike manages a property for us in the UK, and we have no worries or concerns whatsoever about this. We know that Mike will absolutely do the best for us, despite the time difference and distance! Simply cannot recommend highly enough.

Mike now handles all my Lettings. He always responds quickly, gives good advice and handles tenants well. His vetting has proved effective and 3 years down the line I have not had any real problems. It’s much better to deal with someone who’s income is directly related to the service he provides, rather than employees in a large office. Would definitely recommend
